My experience have been a very good one. I bring my friend there for a treatment at Emergency Room and the personnel are very professional, polite and respectful.

This is the second time I have been to APH, and both times have been good. The staff was eager to wait on me. Even contacted my doctor to try to accommodate me in the way I wanted to take the antibiotics. 4 stars to APH. For me to say that means a lot because I hate to go to hospitals!

I drove 4 hours to come here for detox and wow I'm taken back by the southern hospitality. Everyone has a smile and are super sweet always asking how you doing and greeting you. They medicate every symptom of withdrawal and make sure you are comfortable above all else. They are super accommodating and constantly ask if you are suffering in any way and how they can make your stay a more pleasant one. They keep close tabs on you and have an eye for detail even ask what foods you don't like. Two nurses stand out the most a female beautiful nurse named Terri ;) has been absolutely phenomenal in every way even sharing her own personal experience, strength, and hope with me. She embodies exactly what a nurse should and even surpasses that. She even gave me her personal favorite options for long term treatment. All that and she's very easy on the eyes lol which makes my stay here even that much better. She is an absolute asset to this hospital. Second is Brenda, another asset to this hospital she helps me with any and all requests to make my stay that more pleasant. And she is so sweet! She is an absolute embodiment of southern hospitality. I'm so glad I drove 4 hours to Come here. I'd definitely recommend to anyone! Namaste

I can’t say enough good about Allen Parish Community Healthcare! I’ve just been discharged after having COVID-19. I was there for 2 1/2 weeks, weathered out Delta there! The doctors and nurses were so kind and treated my COVID-19 with the most up-to-date medicine. The staff treated me like family. The food was always tasty. All-in-all it was a very good experience! Highly recommend Allen Parish Community Healthcare!

My mom was treated for Covid for over two weeks in this hospital. Until you have experienced small town/hometown medicine, you’ve missed out. The doctors, nurses, CNAs, and the cleaning crew were ALL wonderful to us. They treated my mom like she was family. The food was very good. Most of all, they sent my mom home better than when she entered. We are so thankful for APCH.

WOW! This hospital has come a long way! Always a friendly atmosphere w/ welcoming employees that care about their patients with hardly no wait time.
